Position Summary

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Woodworker to join our team and grow with our business. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, has a strong work ethic, and is excited to learn the art and craft of fine woodworking. You’ll work directly with experienced craftsmen, gaining real shop experience while helping bring custom projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist team members on custom furniture and cabinetry builds
  • Operate basic woodworking tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Help with measuring, cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing wood pieces
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
  • Learn and follow project plans, templates, and specifications
  • Support delivery and installation when needed
  • Contribute to team problem-solving and quality craftsmanship

Who You Are

✔ Enthusiastic and eager to learn foundational woodworking skills
✔ Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools
✔ Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
✔ Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team
✔ Physically able to handle materials, lift up to ~50 lbs, and stand for long periods
✔ Willing to take direction and grow through hands-on experience

No formal woodworking degree required — we value attitude, work ethic, and the desire to improve!

Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Basic familiarity with woodworking tools and terminology
  • Prior shop, maker space, or hobby woodworking experience
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings (training can be provided)
  • Interest in furniture making, custom builds, and craftsmanship
